- Heat pump price estimate from a form. The customer fills in 13 fields and automatically receives a preliminary quote by email, along with a calculation of how much they could save by replacing electric panel heaters.
- Agentic OS. An assistant that goes through email and SMS, reminds me of what I've forgotten and shows what has and hasn't been done. I use it myself, and it is connected to the heat pump business: it warns about upcoming services and reports on its own, for example that new enquiries came in today, or that five service jobs are waiting next week.
- Domain administration. Automated handling and transfer of large numbers of domains.
- Materials management app. Records consumption of items such as cables, shows stock levels and reminds you to reorder, so materials don't run out in the middle of a job.
- Housing co-op communication app. A solution for information and communication between residents.
- Social media content. A semi-automated workflow that has cut the time to produce one post from 40 to 10 minutes.

What does an AI consultant do?
I start by checking how you work today and where time and money are lost. Then I build automations where they save the most time or bring in the most enquiries. The process runs from interview and mapping to proposal, build and rollout.
What can be automated in a business?
Lead generation, sending information to customers (for example a reminder about an upcoming heat pump service), preliminary quotes after the customer has filled in a form, and publishing content on social media. I can also lay the groundwork for visibility in search engines and in AI answers (SEO, GEO and AEO), including structure, FAQ and structured data. The scope is decided after the interview.
